A wet log beneath my feet
wrapped around by many hands
Climbing up, up, up
Leaning on rocks to stay balanced
Leaping, flying
Falling from the trees
as the voices of friends ring in my ears
Until they disappear
Plunging into the pool
as feet stop against the rocky bottom
A world of silence surrounds
The noise was only the world above
My head bursts up above the surface
And sounds return to the world
Up, up, again we climb
And the circle begins again
We go up, climbing slowly
We go down, falling swiftly
Where the voices ring in my ears
At the bottom of the pool
