I have seen the end of the world
Where the cold, crisp waters of the Atlantic
Collide with the warm, churning Pacific
The land drops off and there’s nothing for miles
But jagged rocks and calcified coral
The mountains rise beneath the waves
We’ll never know how high
The creatures lurk in hidden caves
Where daylight goes to die
And seafoam green meets navy blue
The waves clash with the sky
The tiny people stand and watch
As nature goes awry
And right before their naked eyes
A force they can’t control
The fury of the ocean reigns
The waves will take their toll
