The annual IHS senior casino night will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on April 9. In past years, games like blackjack and poker have been major attractions. Every year, IHS raffles off various prizes to student gamblers, including gift cards, tickets, furniture, and electronic gadgets. IHS seniors voted on this year’s prizes in February, and the priciest items up for grabs are a guitar and an iPad. Director of Student Activities Jen Dobmeier sent out an email to the entire senior class outlining the event in greater detail.
Casino Night will be the first in a string of senior events as the year comes to a close. Over the next several months, more information will be released pertaining to senior prom, the senior awards ceremony, and senior sunset.
