A loving and gracious soul, Maren Golden lives up to her last name. She is a good listener and always the person to go to for a good talk.
An inspiration to all, Tsadia is showing us how it’s done, and showing us that putting in the hard work can end up with great results. Tsadia’s a super ambitious person who cares for the team around her, showing up for them whenever she can, whether it’s something big or something small bothering us, she’s always there to lend a hug.
Skyler is bringing us up when we’re down, and always making sure she sorts out that music that’s blasting from the weight room. She brings up the vibe with her energetic attitude towards life, and that loud, upbeat music she blasts pre-lift and pre-meet.

Will Shaw is a great leader and addition to our team. He’s always trying to help others and lend a hand when he can, lifting up our team in positive ways.
